Everything was amazing, starting from the front desk contact with the receptionist, an absolute wonderful chap that explained everything very clearly and was very sociable. We were nominated Guest Of the Day and found a sweets basket in our room, that was very nice of them to consider.

I loved the room, the reception staff and the breakfast was excellent. They also understood we had kids and gave us a room that was excellent for the kids to play without disturbing others.
