Lovely staff, lovely room, lovely design! All of this in a beautiful heritage building and only a few minutes walk from the City Center. And the Spa treatment was a dream! Golden hands! We also loved the hidden Pantry, were you could get complimentary snacks and - brace yourselves! - icecream!

The room boasted high ceilings and ample space, complemented by blackout curtains guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. While not situated in the city's heart, its proximity to a nearby bus stop made it conveniently accessible. The peaceful ambiance of the area made a leisurely 2-mile stroll to the city center quite appealing. Attention to detail was evident throughout, with pleasant and intriguing decor featuring soothing neutral tones. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, though I regretted not having more time to indulge in it. Overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming and hospitable, akin to being at home. I enthusiastically recommend this place for a delightful stay.

Beautiful location, courtyard, and interiors, with added little attentive touches here and there that made our children feel extra welcome. Staff was some of the most natural and helpful we’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in a while, too.

We went to the wrong crescent (about 10-15 mins walk behind this one) before walking back then seeing this and realising this was the one we were after :D - It is nice architecture but after that it is not that interesting really.

    It was stunningly beautiful.

It was stunningly beautiful. Unit #1 is a museum worth 20 minutes of your time. We liked the sedan chair from the 1800s, parked in its "garage" under the stairs. Once you have returned home, try to find a very good BBC detective drama called "McDonald & Dodds." It's filmed in Bath, and Scenic Bath is very nearly the main character of the program! We get it on Britbox.

    It was great!

It was great! We looked around the show house, but the first time we went, they had stopped letting people in at 4.30, which was the exact time we got there, although the website said they closed at 5. This was5 years ago and more, though!

My friend and I liked pretty much everything about the flat. It’s close to the Royal Crescent and walking distance to everywhere in Bath. The flat itself is a good size, very well furnished and comfortable. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen is more than adequate and has everything you would need.

I could not believe firstly how beautifully furnished the property was, but also the location (you actually can't beat staying less than a 5 minute walk to the Royal Crescent!). The owners were fantastic in checking to see if the arrival was ok, and the kitchen was fully equipped which made life so easy.

The 2 bedrooms were a good size, the place was a home away from home, crockery was good quality, liked the quality of their cutlery. Location gave us an opportunity to know Bath better as we were mostly walking and trying different routes. The best part was that the owners were always available to respond to any messages and the instructions were all clear. Not having a tv gave us bonding time as a family as we played board games. Located a few minutes to Royal Crescent shown on 1 of the pictures attached

Prime Location, walking distance to anything you would want to see in Bath. Convenient, secure parking on the premises, and Peter and Margarita were wonderful hosts. Royal Victoria Park is literally in the back, as well as the Royal Crescent. Breakfast was very nice too! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
