Hotel has a great location. A 5 minute walk to Temple Meads and 10 minutes into the city centre. We also ordered room service and the pizza was excellent. Overall, a really good stay and good value for money.

This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit my nephew in Bristol: great rooms, excellent service , superb location, lovely ambiance and atmosphere, incredible views whether over the park or the cityscape. This time it snowed during the first night of my stay so I ended up getting tanning “before and after” photos of the lovely views from the room
