We never had breakfast at the hotel however we used room service and had a meal in the restaurant and the food and service was outstanding.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at reception. Very clean and comfortable room. The location was great - just around the corner from The Pantiles and walking distance to the train station (though note it's uphill).

Overlooking Tunbridge Wells Common, The Royal Wells Hotel, Tunbridge Wells - The Coaching Inn Group is a traditional hotel within walking distance of the town centre.

The parking is so easy and my friend and I were staying with our dogs. The hotel is super dog friendly and it was a great location up on the hill.

The Spa Hotel is an elegant country mansion just a 15-minute walk from Tunbridge Wells Rail Station. It is set in 14 acres of gardens and parkland.

Really lovely hotel with great spa facilities in beautiful grounds. Would be a fantastic place to get married. Had a nice relaxing 2-day break there and wish we could have stayed longer. Not cheap but good value considering what a beautiful place it is. Onsite charging for our electric car was good. Flat charge of £12

The Hand & Sceptre by Innkeeper's Collection has been fully refurbished in 2023, each room has a Hypnos bed with mattress topper, flat-screen TV, desk and is furnished in a modern design.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The staff of this family run business were extremely friendly and accommodating. The amenities and food were excellent. A hearty breakfast was included and we had dinner in the restaurant which was also excellent.
