The staff (Portugese guy) is doing a great job! Breakfast super a la carte. Great quality. We were with four (two teen kids incl). We all enjoyed the breakfast. 7 minutes walk from Underground. Bus even closer. 30 minutes to London Center. Nice room.

the hotel was clean, the staff was very nice, they changed towels every day. the location is good, 5 stops from the center of London on tube from Kilburn park station. there’s starbucks , primark and tesco next to the hotel.

Everything was very nice. The staff are very very kind. They helped us book a cab from the airport and they gave us recommendations about what we can go see. They help you with everything you asking for. The room was clean everyday and the breakfast was very good. The price is not very expensive for what they offering to you. The location of the hotel is also very good, because you have 2 minutes walk to the underground station and 2 minutes walk to bus station. So everything was very good at our stay there. We will definitely come back to this hotel.
