I would like to thank the staff for their excellent service. Varied and delicious breakfast, perfect Spa, wonderful sky-bar. There is billiard room in the Hotel which operates 24 hours and it's free for the guests. Hotel located in the center of the city, near europe square. Very clean, stylish and modern rooms with all necessary items.

First of all, as mentioned by other visitors, it's the best location ever in Batumi. There is a 24-hour open market on the left side, and a pharmacy is on the right side. All restaurants and other amenities are nearby; just check the location on the map. The room was clean, and the air conditioner was working very well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We also liked the breakfast, which tasted homemade, as if it were all done in our own kitchen. The ladies who were serving breakfast showed their care and attention to all guests. I think I found my second home in Batumi. Thanks a lot for everything, dear staff of the hotel, and see you next time soon!

    The host welcomes you personally. She was very kind and even did everything to share all information in German. The appartment offers everything you need for a stay in Batumi. The location couldn't be any better, being away only a 2 minute walk from Europe Square. The beaches, the old town and all the other sights are directly withing reach. The appartment was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay in both the appartment and Batumi!

    We love that the hotel is close to everything and is a walking distance to: Europe Square, the beach, the park and to Batumi Mall. It is also very clean, the housekeeping staff are always cleaning the room. The room is quite big for us and the bed are comfortable. Staff are responsive.

    Great apartments in the very center of Batumi. Very clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Central beach 5-7 minutes on foot. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Europe Square is a 2-minute walk away. Friendly and helpful hosts. We recommend these apartments to everyone.

    The prime location 1 minute walk from the Piazza sequare, 5 minutes walk from Europe square, 8 minutes walk from Ali and Nino statue. 10 minutes walk from Bazar amd local shops. The appartment in heart of old Batumi, sorrounded by cafes,restaurants, and souvenir shops. The apartment is super clean, fully equipped with all your needs, and modern as well. The owner was very kind, he booked me a parking slot which is a serious challenge and bought me a power adapter few minutes after my ask.
