The hotel was very central, near all major sights, 10-15 minutes away in walking distance from the near beach front and bars, just few minutes away from the main shopping street and yet we were NOT bodered by any noice (crowd or music). The personnel was very helpful and nice, always smiling ( a great way to start the day ). Breakfast was a delight with fresh choices each day. The pool side was not crowded during our stay and was pleasent. Did not have a chance to check the spa services. The room was spacious and extreamly clean. (Was refreshed every day by the stuff). Excellent choice for exploaring the city or for a quiet vacation. Good choice for beach hopping as well. Definetly I recommend the hotel and will come back again.

It is very central in terms of location. A great family business where everything is taken care of from the first moment to the last day. Even though we missed breakfast in the mornings, they still offered us a meal. A place where you will never feel like a foreigner, definitely recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights on Thasos island. Akti hotel was perfect in terms of location. Very close to the ferry port, in the heart of the bazaar. There were taverns, cafes and beaches. It was also very close to the famous beaches by car. Their welcome was very good. They looked at the parking lot with us and helped us with the parking space. The view of the room had a sea view. The hotel was clean. Our towels were changed, our room was collected, our garbage was taken. We were very pleased. We will definitely prefer it again.

    I am very disappointed after paying an important amount of...

    I am very disappointed after paying an important amount of money and it's the second consecutive day when I don't have hot water in my room ! It's really unacceptable to don't have hot water 2 days in a row from 2 days ! I am here from yestartady, and I didn't have hot water yestarday and today ! I spoke at the reception and they lied me 2 days in row telling me that is a tehnichal problem and that a lot of people made shower and there is no more hot water ! .....
