This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. A highlight was the complimentary 30-minute welcome massage, which added a special touch to my experience. The breakfast here is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Both the bar and the restaurant offer a good selection at reasonable prices, and everything I tried was tasty. The overall facilities and services make this hotel a pleasure to stay at. This hotel in Ioannina offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing visit. With wonderful staff, spacious rooms, and thoughtful extras like the welcome massage, it’s an easy choice for anyone looking to enjoy a bit of luxury. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!

Fabulous design, ultra clean and comfortable and Elena the host was so beautiful and ever so helpful. She even took our luggage to & from our vehicle. Unbelievable hospitality. The room, sitting area and courtyard were superb. Can’t wait to go again and will only stay there.

This is a family run boutique hotel where it is evident that they strive for excellence. From the clean rooms, nice bedding, beautiful decor, numerous plants and vegetation outside, responsive reception, to the fantastic breakfast selection, everything was perfect.     Really interesting cave tour.

    Really interesting cave tour. Over 600 steps up and down between entrance, caverns and exit. Took tour with all Greek visitors and female guide told us in English which was greatly appreciated. Very surprised how good tour was for price.

    Great place to stay! Clean, comfy and afordable. they dont offer breakfast, but it would be even more of a plus if they did! The property is a bit further out of the town, but worth the drive in-out to Giannena. Very close to the Perama Cave! Excellent experience overall! Thank you.

    Great apartment with large rooms, wraparound balcony and well-equipped kitchen. Great starting point for numerous excursions. Perama Cave can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Incredibly kind and caring on-site support from the owner Tina. She gave us great tips for excursions and is very caring, helpful and very hospitable. Absolutely recommended!!

    Great value for money. Well equipped apartment and kitchenette, very kind hosts and very close to the Perama Caves and the town of Ioannina. Amazing balcony overseeing the mountains. I do not think going for an more expensive option would guarantee you a better apartment elsewhere
