Best staff I've ever experienced, superb customer relations, the extra distance the staff go to is spectacular. I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams.

I had a great experience at the Langham Shenzhen. The hotel is top class, from the second you walk in, you feel like you made the right decision. All of the staff is nice, speaks great English, very polite and kind. The rooms are fantastic! Clean, large, cozy beds, etc. And the breakfast? First hotel in Shenzhen that I feel like I'm eating in Europe. Just great. They thought about everything, and even given us a late check out as our flight was delayed. I will definitely recommend this place and will be there again as soon as I'm back to Shenzhen. Special thanks to Ashley, the Front Desk Manager who was spot on for all our needs and made us feel at home.

Especially I want to thank them for their extra effort to help me find my small box I forgot in the elevators. In addition to that their breakfast is suitable for visitors coming from Europe and their rooms are so clean and so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve been working in China for over 25 years, and for the past 15, I’ve made it a habit to stay in the Shangri-La hotels chain — mainly for the consistency and predictability. But this hotel truly stands out. It’s not just good — in my opinion, it’s the best I’ve stayed in. With a bit of humour, I’d say the CEO of this hotel probably has the easiest job in the world, because the staff does it all. From reception to housekeeping, from room service to concierge, the "Horizon" Lounge team - every single person I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay comfortable. What impressed me most is that this wasn’t a one-time fluke. I’ve returned to this hotel several times over the past few years, and each visit reaffirmed my impression: the quality of service is consistently outstanding. The rooms are spotless, the beds comfortable, and everything works, which, for frequent travellers, is priceless. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like coming back, not just because it’s convenient, but because it feels like a home away from home—highly recommended.
