every single interaction I had with the staff, no matter how big or small was met with a smile and the utmost professionalism I had some small requests during my stay like ordering flowers, the concierge went above and beyond to help this happen, even getting me a better deal than what I asked for I absolutely loved my stay here, I want to come back to Hong Kong in large part due to the great experience with this hotel

This is the second time that we have stayed in Hotel Stage. Both the hardware and software have maintained the same high standard as our first stay. The room is spotless clean and tidy. The staff are efficient, courteous and helpful, especially the staff at the front office and at Kitchen Savvy. Kitchen Savvy serves delighful breakfast and dinner with innovative recipes and fresh ingredients. The main shopping area of Nathan Road is just a stone throw away and Jordan MTR station is within 5-7 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room is quiet despite its proximity to the main roads. All in all, the hotel stay contributes to a memorable experience in Hong Kong.

From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay at the St. Regis Hong Kong was pure excellence. From seamless check-ins to helping coordinate every detail, Priscila ensured everything was handled flawlessly. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on all fronts – world-class service, fantastic dining, and stunning design. recently had the pleasure of staying at The Upper House Hotel in Hong Kong for one night and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff.
