All the staff were professional, polite and efficient. We requested for a quiet room and was given the 9th floor and we were really pleased. The filtered water system in the room eliminates the need for bottled water and that's a real plus !!

One of the standout features was the rooftop pool and fitness center. The pool provided stunning views of the cityscape, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to access key attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, enhancing the overall experience. Hotel ICON truly sets the standard for hospitality with its excellent service, attention to detail, and luxurious atmosphere. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong and can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

The amazing services received from Russell, Zoe and Felicia. They went the extra miles to decorate the room with a delicious cake to celebrate my birthday. The services throughout our stay in hotel was good!

All perfect from the moment we entered the property, location-facility-room-view-Club Access- list is endless….. Full marks to the team to put their utmost efforts to make our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Whole experience at Mondrian was a dream, rooms are so beautiful, location is perfect and staff were great.
