We stayed for 4 days, but we couldn't visit to all facilities Huge resort , very comfortable, kind employees! Everything was good :) thank You !! Especially, resoft activity making canang & visiting temple was so interesting 😀😀 the guide Ayu, who proceeded activity, was amazing !

La Santa Rosa exceeded our expectations from their warm service staff who were always ready to greet and help to the pools and lounge areas that were kept clean and (almost exclusively to us during our stay!) The staff regularly checked in when we lounged for our needs, the house keeping made sure our room was always ready and the bar served delicious drinks at the ready.

I loooove the place. I am quite picky with hotels because I like everything extremely clean and I have to say The Balangan Hotel was amazing. The design of the rooms is beautiful. I strongly recommend the breakfast, I was there for a few days and I tried different ones, all of them were fantastic. But the best was the staff: cleaners, waiters, the person responsible for the spa and Victor, Arsen and Julian. Thank you so much for making my stay perfect

Very satisfied with our 5 night stay at this property. Staff extremely kind and welcoming, rooms cosy with everything you need and pool area very relaxing. Offered us a Netflix account, scooter rental and anything else we required they were willing to help. Highly recommend overall.

Superb clean! Spacious room and bathroom. Amazing and clean pool. Quiet area. Nice and smiling staff. I had a foot massage, which was really great. Fantastic breakfast. Next to Cuca restaurant.
