The hotel facilities were excellent. The staff, particularly at the reception was exceptional. A special shout out goes to a young woman at the front reception on Saturday 31st May with long brown curly hair and glasses who was very helpful to show me the way by public transport into town, to inform me of the different meal options and deals available at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the public areas were really great. Transport connection by tram (every 15 minutes) to Dublin city was also convenient. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Alan was simply the nicest host I have ever had in my travels. He looked after every detail for us, checked if we needed anything, and was very helpful in all things.
