This was by far the best accommodation experience my mother and I have had across all of our travels—even now, she's wishing out loud we could go back. Our number one highlight, though: Vikram's dedication to his business and hospitality went far beyond any expectations we could've had. He helped us book the best day trips, find the best food, and all in all have the very best experience we could have possibly had in Jodhpur. We went on a beautiful excursion to the desert, had a lovely rooftop dinner, played Holi right in the heart of the town, ate the yummiest sweets/street food, and saw the inner lanes of the beautiful Blue City (expertly guided by Vikram himself, out of the kindness of his boundless heart). Every day, he asked our plans for the day, and arranged everything in a heartbeat so that it would all go smoothly. His care was so incredibly genuine and made us feel like we were actually family, without any sort of insincerity or transactionality in sight. His dedication to his guests and his craft is unlike anything we have ever seen, and it has left us incredibly grateful. We couldn't have had a better time in Jodhpur, and, in our short stay, it felt like we really got the chance to get to know the city. On a more general level, the hostel could not be better located—right next to the stepwell and a stone's throw from the bustling clock tower. The city is most alive there—we booked another stay to get another experience and are missing the haveli severely. The food at Jhankar is absolutely delicious, and all of the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. It is a beautiful old house, and our room had these gorgeous rustic features and details. We also had a lovely balcony with a view of the fort—it might be there we first fell in love with Jodhpur. Not to mention, the house also has a gorgeous rooftop!

The hotel was very curated in every detail, the position was fantastic and the staff contributed to make our stay a fantastic and memorable experience. The restaurant was also fantastic and offered beautiful views of the fort. The pool is also a big plus of the structure.

The building is beautiful, everything was authentic but very clean. The swimming pool is great, too. The staff is very helpful, polite and kind. The lights are amazing in the garden in the evening. Good breakfast.

Just love this fort.

Just love this fort. As with any popular site in India ... go early and be first in the gate to beat the crowds and the heat. There is an elevator .Take a tuk tuk to the fort ... it is far more practical. I chose to walk most of the way back down the hill on this and previous occasions ... and interesting experience

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful during my stay. The location is perfect for city tours and the room was also comfortable. I loved the view of the main attraction Mehrangarh Fort from the hotel's rooftop. Dinner at the hostel was clean and delicious.

Lovely vibe, beautiful decor, kind and helpful staff, and fantastic rooftop views of Jodhpur and Mehrangarh Fort from the cafe/chill out area.
