Staff, food, location, spa, yoga class, outside guide available through hotel (Pankaj Kothari Rishikesh) was all top notch. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate your every need. 5 star quality food, staff, spa service, tour guide, yoga class. Loved Arpana's yoga class-she taught to all levels in the room. I loved her calm voice and patience with students. Preeti was an amazing spa therapist. Wonderful massage, reflexology and shirodhara -will definitely put you to sleep. The restaurant manger, Rohit was over and above accommodating. He was very personable and such a delight. The front desk staff manger was very friendly, professional and extremely personable. I hired an outside tour guide and that absolutely made my trip the most memorable. We were treated like queens and had the VIP treatment when we went to both arrtis. If looking for a guide, you must hire Pankaj Kothari; the hotel can provide his contact details.

This was my favorite hotel stay in India. It was affordable, clean, comfortable and provided all the amenities. The room was as soundproof as you can get- which matters when you aren’t used to the traffic noise. The restaurant offered delicious food at affordable prices, I was able to have my laundry done and enjoyed a massage at the spa(Laxmi did a great job). Every staff member was warm and accommodating and seemed to genuinely care that I enjoyed my time there. The bed was by far the most comfortable of the many places I stayed. The hotel is close to the action but set just off a main road making it more pleasant to leave the hotel on foot than being right on the busy road. When I come back to Rishikesh this is where I’m staying. Highly recommend ❤️

My words will not do justice. Before I reached there i was thinking god knows how my stay will be there. But the moment we reached there i got the very positive vibe. We checked into the whole hotel and there was no dust. It was maintained beautifully.Food was so so amazing.Chai i can say i didn't like that much but food was amazing.Staff was so cooperative. Highly recommend. Thank you so much time to all the staff members.

Really helpful staff and very nice, clean and modern rooms. They helped me organize my a taxi for pick up upon arrival, help carry my luggage, provide drinking water and asked if I wanted my room cleaned every day. The room was very clean and comfortable bed! I highly recommend!

    Known for Ganga aarti, although I would recommend one in Haridwar if one has a choice. Go early to get a seat because they have a limited sitting section under a shade. One can stand behind the barricades, but soon after the aarti starts everyone inside stands up and one can not see anything practically.

    It was really amazing experience staying at Bhagirathi Hotel By PerfectStayz. I stayed for 2 nights and the staff was very caring. The room and facilities are top notch, and the way hotel staff handles the customer is the best. The food is also very good. The hotel is located in Tapovan which is very near by to all attractions like Ram jhula, Janaki Jhula, Parmarth Niketan, Geeta Bhavan, Triveni Ghat, etc. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for an awesome stay at Rishikesh.
