The location is the best part. Just a stone throw from the waterfall. The breakfast was great as well. Had warm food in the stomach before walking over to the falls. the overall experience with the hotel was fantastic. Will definitely recommend it to anyone and will also return to stay again.

Really clean hotel, comfortable beds, wonderful friendly staff, good breakfast. Guests can use dishes and microwave in the breakfast room to eat theirown food for lunch/dinner which was very convenient. Location is good, by the main road, very quiet.

    I do believe the hike from the waterfall is my most favorite...

    I do believe the hike from the waterfall is my most favorite "green" hike of all time. (versus Sedona's red rock trails!!) If you can stand going up all of those stairs, try and plan at least a few hours to walk as much of the trail as you can. It is worth every moment!

    The best waterfall in whole of iceland.

    The best waterfall in whole of iceland. We could go so close to the waterfall and get totally drenched. That was an amazing and memorable experience. Very next to the falls are the steps to go to the top and view the falls from there. Loved it.
