Staff was beyond Amazing! Francesca is super friendly and did everything to make our stay the best ever! The hotel is very well located, near the Orange Metro line and near amazing restaurants! The room was very clean, comfortable, modern decorated and the bathroom was perfect! It was perfect! I am very satisfied About it all!

Customer service 10/10 We loved the included breakfast buffet, one less thing to worry about. The hotel organised the taxi for us from the airport and told us where the best spots to go were. After three nights we became very familiar with the staff and miss them a lot! They cleaned the rooms nicely everyday. The location was also very safe and walking distance to Vatican City. I would say it is worth staying here over a place in the CBD because for the same if not less price you get a better quality accommodation, better customer service and safe location.

People at this hotel, receptionists, cleaning staffs and restaurant staffs are fantastic. They accommodated my requests so willingly. Also the foods at the breakfast buffet are great: very simple but great qualities.

This was, by far, our favorite hotel on our Italian vacation. The grounds are beautifully maintained, it felt luxurious yet was reasonably priced for what you get. The staff went above and beyond every day. Its just a short walk into charming Trasteverre area, and a quick taxi into busy Rome/Colosseum. I would definitely recommend.
