Upon checking in, it felt as though our room had been upgraded, we were informed that we were staying in the 'junior suite', which was a welcomed surprise! The room was fabulous. It had a coat room, bath/shower room, sitting room and bedroom. The room was clean and well appointed, with lightswitches on both sides of the bed, excellent blackout curtains, glasses, toiletries, kettle, minifridge etc. We were also gifted a welcome drink at the bar, where the barman, Francesco, took care of our every need; supplying us with some delicious complementary snacks and friendly conversation. The breakfast was extensive with lovely views over the city, in a quiet and relaxing environment. Staff at the front desk were always welcoming and helpful. We had an early flight, so we requested a packed breakfast to take with us. This was organised without issue, and did not fail to dissapoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will not hesitate to return! I could not reccomend this hotel enough.

The restaurant within the hotel offered excellent dishes, and the bar, with its variety of drinks and options, complemented the gastronomic offerings well. The hotel facilities were of a high standard, showcasing remarkable modernity and quality. The mirrored elevator was a wonderful highlight, adding a sophisticated touch to the structure. The ample parking was an additional convenience, and the fact that they offered complimentary parking on our first experience was a much-appreciated gesture. In summary, this hotel is an exceptional choice, offering not only comfortable accommodations but also a complete range of amenities that contribute to a memorable stay. I will certainly consider returning and recommending this establishment to other travelers.

Breakfast was great. They served us breakfast even we were a little bit late.

This is our go-to hotel when visiting Milan, and it never disappoints. The food is really good, and we love visiting El Patio.
