I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurant/bar had a great atmosphere. I also loved the little touches — from the cozy lobby to the attention to detail in the service. The location was great, close to the metro station. Though there was no breakfast, there are vending machines where you can buy coffee or snacks. Near the hotel there are also grocery shop and pharmacy. Rooms are cleaned every day. Calm and nice place to stay. The staff is amazing, always ready to help.

The hotel is highly recommended. At check-in, we were greeted by the friendly receptionist Alessandro. He gave us a room upgrade, we are very grateful for that. The room was perfect, huge. We were greeted in the room with an adorable welcome message. There was also coffee and tea in the room. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel is perfect. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They are ready to help at any moment. The breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed croissants and cappuccino. The location is excellent. You can walk to all the main attractions, but if you don't like to walk, there are bus stops near the hotel itself. We also had a welcome drink, which we were delighted with We will definitely come again. Thanks for everything guys.
