Easy connection to the train station using the TS bus at Piazza Italia - 2 euro one way. This made trips to places like Assisi very straightforward. Good accommodation - very clean, comfortable bed, TV, wifi worked well. I didn't make use of the kitchen facilities but they seemed fine (but with Corso Vannucci only 100m away, why eat in?)
