Wonderful accommodation near Vatican City, with easy access to the Vatican City and also conveniently near several great restaurants and a commercial street. The cleanliness of the accommodation was exceptional. The facilities were also great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Exceptional service provided by Frascesca, the owner of the property. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ensure that I had a wonderful stay. Her attention to detail and service-oriented mindset were truly exceptional . Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome, with excellent facilities, great location, and exceptional service.

Customer service 10/10 We loved the included breakfast buffet, one less thing to worry about. The hotel organised the taxi for us from the airport and told us where the best spots to go were. After three nights we became very familiar with the staff and miss them a lot! They cleaned the rooms nicely everyday. The location was also very safe and walking distance to Vatican City. I would say it is worth staying here over a place in the CBD because for the same if not less price you get a better quality accommodation, better customer service and safe location.

I found this hotel in 2019. This trip with friends is probably my sixth time staying at this hotel. It is in a great location. Breakfast is good, the staff is very nice and we really enjoy the Borgo Pio is a fantastic neighborhood.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Front desk staff were so helpful and accommodating. They really made the stay so much better. I enjoyed the small details from the little daily chocolates and whole bottle of welcome champagne. Thank you to all the staff. Room was also beautiful
