We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable and so clean. Continental breakfast was delicious. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Late self check in was very easy and someone was at the reception desk the next morning and was so helpful. Housekeeping were excellent and would service the room whilst we were at breakfast and the chap who prepared and served breakfast single handed was great. Even preparing a tray for me have in my room when I wasn’t feeling well one morning. The location is excellent and Parma is a lovely place to visit

Very good breakfast and very close to the railway station. The staff were incredibly helpful since I had an accident when I was there and we needed to extend our stay which 2 days which the hotel accommodated us for.

The facility itself left a lasting impression on me. Everything from the cleanliness to the modern amenities and the overall ambiance was exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go above and beyond made a noticeable difference. Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with any requests, or simply sharing a friendly greeting, their efforts greatly enhanced my visit. Internet connectivity was another highlight. The speed and stability of the connection allowed me to stay in touch without any interruptions. The bar at the hotel was a delightful surprise, offering a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring Parma. The selection of drinks, coupled with the inviting setting, made for an enjoyable experience.
