Location was great. Breakfast was home-made and delicious. The room had great character and was very clean. They also provide parking 30 meters from the place (with 18 Euros per day), which was very helpful, since the streets in Lucca's centre are a bit narrow and you don't want to look for a nice parking spot by yourself. Staff was also very kind.

Wonderful hotel set in the midst of Lucca (the walled city) very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good although I would suggest they let you know you can have cooked items too as this wasn't explained on day one. Other than that it was fantastic.

Boutique hotels always have its charm, and Palazoo Dipinto is one of those. I liked everything in Palazzo Dipinto starting with the entire Lobby and Reception area and ending with the excellent location. Our room was spacious and relaxing.
