Superb awesome room and breakfast. Breakfast is soo good! Wide variety of food, attentive staffs. Room is comfortable. Great stay in the heart of Florence. Distance from train station is about 10 mins walk. If Carry big luggages will need to drag for a while, otherwise it is right in the heart of the Florence beside Duomo.

Everything..... I'm working in hotel business for 25 years and this hotel is perfection. Perfect location in the historic center. Perfect rooms with amazing unique design for each are exceptional, big space for short or long stay, all amenities you may need (bathrobe,slipper, many kit and cream,hairdryer), fridge with water, coffee machine,confortable bed, great shower with different option, big TV with Netflix,even a smart phone with all the touristic information. Perfect service, what a friendly staff, all the team is so nice and take care of our guest as great professional even before you arrive, Anita and Sabina make our trip as a dream for celebrating our wedding anniversary.... The best hotel in Florence, the quality rate is insane ... We feel to be in a palace for a so sheep rate. Thanks you so much and hope to come back soon.

The location was fantastic! Walking distance from museums, attractions, restaurants, as advertised! Staff was friendly and very accommodating, my wife left behind an expensive pair of sunglasses and they shipped it to our home as promised. Room was cozy and had a great view, wish we stayed longer.

Absolutely beautiful room! Gorgeous wallpaper, furniture, everything! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Location superb - in the heart of gorgeous buildings and shops. Very luxurious and pleasant hotel.

    We stayed at B&B Dell Olio, one block from the Duomo, and it was so convenient. Since the Piazza is iconic and popular, people stayed up pretty late and there was a good amount of noise, but not unbearable.

    The outside was absolutely stunning but having been to Pisa cathedral we found the inside of the Florence duomo disappointing (we didn't go up the dome which was the best art inside the cathedral)

    Don't bother queuing to visit the interior it's very disappointing free but disappointing, the trip up to the top pf the dome is well worth it but be warned it's 414 steps up and of course back down.

    The Duomo is a must!

    The Duomo is a must! There are always queues so it's best to plan and expect a long wait to enter. There are 3 different ticket prices depending on the you want to see. however, if you just want to visit inside the Duomo without seeing the extras. It's free and the queue is at the front outside the main door.
