The staff is amazing, they truly love hosting travelers, the location is excellent on a quiet side alley in historic Lucca where everything isn't more than a 20 min walk away, including the RR station. The breakfast was wonderful and the ambience of the hotel was very quaint and charming. I will only stay here on my next trip to Lucca.

The hotel and staff far exceeded our expectations. First class! Our experience began upon an early arrival where we were offered complimentary snacks, coffee, soft drinks (beer) while we waited for our room. The room was beautifully decorated. Again, all day snacks are available plus 5:30-7pm happy hour wine. Breakfast was great and the staff was exceedingly helpful with dinner recommendations and reservations. We will stay again if in the area and recommend to friends!

Offering air-conditioned rooms, Hotel San Marco features a swimming pool. Lucca’s marvellous walls are 500 metres from the property and Porta San Jacopo are a short walk away. Parking is free.

Very good location: very close to the center, but just a 2 minutes driving from the city wall. Kind staff. Quiet, I did not hear anything (and I am ultra sensitive about this). Own garage. Abundant breakfast, and the outside breakfast area is quiet and very cozy. Great bed. Great shower. Lots of space to pack in the bathroom. Design toiletries.

Excellent, convenient location to walk around in Lucca. Excellent, friendly, accommodating staff, made us feel welcome. Breakfast was not included. We paid for breakfast on our first (out of the two) days we stayed there. It was very good, but could be improved in terms of choice.
