Everyone was exceptionally helpful and sweet. They really made us feel welcome and it wasn't fake. They seem to enjoy their work and makimg guests feel at home. Excellent knowledge of the hotel surroundings and gave excellent recommendations on where to go.

Excellent location on Corso Vanucci….lively! Room was very well appointed, comfortable and a good size.

The staff were fantastic. really friendly and helpful and fluent in English and Spanish, as well as italian. nice breakfast too too Great location, just 100 yards or so from the cathedral. would definitely recommend

Excellent location, ample parking, staff efficient & friendly. Stayed 2 nights. Weather hot 36C so made great use of the pool & sunbeds. Bty the pool is good size & spotlessly clean.

Good hotel, from the outside looks like a bit old but inside it's clean and good looking. The room was also clean and cozy, perfect for a few day's stay. Underground garage, which is a big plus. However, the strongest point of this place is the staff, they're amazing, super helpful, friendly and very professional. :)
