The hotel was very conveniently located at heart of the city with walking distance to almost everywhere. We walked to Fontana Maggiore, Pozzo Etrusco (Etruscan Well), University of Perugia...The breakfast was excellent with many selections. The most impressive was the hotel SPA and swimming pool.
