Nothing beats this location. It is right in the Osaka train station, and you can get anywhere easily and quickly. We even took the JR train to the airport upon leaving Japan. Remember to get the basic fare ticket along with the ticket to the airport.

We had the 15th floor suite which was spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for the 4 of us and all our luggage. The location was excellent, right near Shin-Osaka station and the Midosuji subway line which meant we could easily get where we needed to. The neighbourhood was relatively quiet with some restaurants around which was nice on those nights we didn't want to deal with the crowds in Osaka and Namba.
