Not sure where to start, I spent only one night here to rest from the jet lag before heading to Tokyo and it was just amazing! Smooth check-in & the friendliest receptionist ever, professional, well spoken & provided all the info needed. The room is sparkling clean, location north exit right by the shinkansen entrance, every staff I met was polite & everything was way too neat! Cherry on top, massage chair in the room, which again was one of the cleanest one I ever seen..and I been places.

The receptionist who assist us exceeds our expectations.He help us find a way to Kobe premium outlet by taking a bus directly to Shin-Osaka station and drop us directly to the Outlet instead of taking a train and bus.The breakfast was great it was sumptuous delicious and clean. The room was big and tidy. It’s 7 minutes walk to a grocery and mall The experience free soba and onsen was a great way to end your day it’s very relaxing.
