Very clean and beautifully designed interior, organised and friendly staff, excellent location (10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya train station and 10-mibute walk from the Meitetsu Bus terminal). Rooms were clean with amenities provided (great face wash lotion). Spacious room compared to Tokyo hotels and beds were big and comfortable. Lovely skyline view of the city from our room. Accommodated severe gluten allergy for the breakfast buffet by preparing a separate gluten-free meal for us - ensure to inform the staff of this in advance and the time you will be going for breakfast.

    The room is very clean and big enough for 2 person to chill and relax. The location is good, too. Just a short walk to the Fushimi station. There are quite a few convenient stores nearby and eateries are easily accessible.

    the staff are so warm and welcoming! very good English for international visitors and tourists, and very attentive to your comfort and enjoyment with them throughout the entire duration :) Hotel is also VERY close to Fushimi station entrance, just need to cross the road! very nice convenience stores nearby, and drink bending machines. Lovely food nearby! Great location for tourism

    Received an upgrade, which was nice. It's a little out of the way, but it's easy to catch 1 stop to Nagoya station. Use exit 10 from fushimi station as it has a lift and then the hotel is around 5 minutes walk. Also just ask the reception staff to alter the direction of the escalator to go down so you don't need to carry your luggage down the stairs.

    Although the room is small, it was clean and comfortable. The bed is of a good size, unlike some other hotels in Japan which can be smaller than a queen bed. Locate is great, about 5mins walk to Fushimi Station and only one stop away from Nagoya Station.

    Location is perfect close to metro/subway fushimi station exit E, just opposite to the hotel, there's many restaurants, and shops nearby,staffs are friendly, special mention to mr. ISHIMOTO he speak english very well, he is very helpful and accomodating! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

    The hotel is in good location. The Fushimi station is 8 min walking distance to the hotel. The Fushimi station is an easy commute to Ghibli park using the Higashiyama Line. You can use the same line to go back to Nagoya Station. There are few Izakaya around the hotel. They dont provide toiletries in the room and instead they have bunch of them at the reception area. You can choose which one you want to take and use.
