It was too expensive for one night and there were 3 people in the room. The best thing would have been 2 rooms. But booking couldn't understand me the many times I tried to explain this to them before visiting the hotel. But I was unsuccessful.

Massive apartment. A full family could stay there comfortably. I was lucky enough to have a fifth floor so a spectacular view. I sat in my room for hours looking out the window. The onsen downstairs is open until midnight and really nice. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had. I wish I could give it more than 10 if I could. Everything was very beautiful like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to attend to our needs. We had some problem at the train station. The staff, Masaki-san, went to pick us up and helped explain to the train station personel about our situation. They also dropped us off where we needed to go with some good recommendations. The hot spring in the room was insanely beautiful. The public bath was comfortable and the food was beyond delicious. Words cannot explain how happy I am with the experience and I will definitely come back again when I have a chance.

Elegant and comfortable hotel. Even though it’s bit outside of the main towns it’s a good central location if you are traveling around the Mt. Fuji area. The SPA and the gym is great, the restaurant is very good and the facilities are fantastic. Plenty of parking if you drive your own car.

It was the highlight of our trip to Japan! We had an amazing time. The staff were wonderful, they made sure we had an amazing experience. I can’t fault anything. We will definitely be back. We also loved that we can hear the waterfalls from our room and it felt so peaceful!

    World class!

    World class! A unique combination of landscape design and modern art, with a proliferation of Henry Moore sculptures and the bucket-list-worthy stained glass "Symphonic Sculpture" by Gabriel Loire. Lots of quirky highlights, including the foot bath and labyrinth popular with kids. Eat before you go; no dining options except a coffee shop and fancy buffet. Plan to spend some time in the gift shop, which has a wide assortment of very artsy objects.

    At first I had no info about museum.

    At first I had no info about museum. In period of my visit, web site was on gaspiness and I just pick up randomly to be see some art. It is breath taking collection beside nature and a beauty of the landscape. It is not just an other museum.
