The room was authentic and very comfortable. There is an exhange machine at the recepion. Location is great and well connected by bus and other public transport. All staff were very friendly.

The whole hotel concept is amazing. The staff is so nice, friendly, helpful, and always smiling and trying to support you. It was one of the best hotels during my visit to japan. Worth every yen. Location amazing. Just 100 meters from the subway

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The attention to detail was amazing. Including even a clothes brush, Ample space in the vanity for all our toiletries. The decor and the breakfast. The staff were also superb.

    We got there late in the afternoon and couldn't get in.

    We got there late in the afternoon and couldn't get in. All we could see were these endless walls and endless broad gravel paths.. My companion said "this looks like one big parking lot." I'm sorry but she is right. It's possible that we missed something....
