NetherlandsWe absolutely loved our stay with Fujisan. The upstairs area where we stayed was very spacious, the tatami sleeping arrangement very cosy and the food she cooked for us was among the best meals we had in the whole of Japan.
If you want to spend some time away from the cities and their business hotels, and get a real feeling for rural Japan, this is the perfect place to go!

ThailandLocation was perfect. Very close to the JR train station. The room os clean and comfortable. There is a small onsen (shared public bath) on the ground floor as well.

RomaniaAll was perfect! It's that kind of hotel where they play classical music in the corridor. You have everything you need in the room, even more! Bathroom yutaka, day yutaka and a jacket... Supermarket nearby, good restaurant in the hotel. It's a good place to sleep and do day trips. If you come for the Yokote Kamacura festival, the second day is better. There's a contest at noon... I'll leave pictures of how to use the heater. Don't forget to turn it off when you leave the room

The man doing the transit to and from the Kakunodate station was the sweetest person there is. The madam working at the restaurant was very kind and friendly. Amenities are great, the onsen open all night is a huge sell point and didn’t disappoint one bit. He fact that you can ask to transit to and from the station any day even when not leaving/arriving was really convenient. Overall super stay with super people in a really nice and quiet place. Not too far from Kakunodate Station, near laundry coin, near supermarket and around 10 minutes walk to samurai houses. It's clean and comfy. When I was there, no one beside me is using the bunk bed because Sakura season has passed so the tourist rush was no more. Still, it's a beautiful place and I'd like to come again!
