The hosts are absolutely amazing and kind, they picked up our luggage at the station and we went on our way to sightsee. They drove us to the station in the morning. The house is about 20 min walk from the station, easy to find. The house has everything you might need and I mean it, the hosts even left us some ramen, water, snacks. On the morning we left the lady brough us amazing breakfast and coffee. There is everything you might need to do laundry. Just a great place to stay, wish we stayed here longer.

Amazing hosts who were very responsive and helpful. The house was very comfortable and clean, and the rooms were cozy. They also served us a tasty breakfast with fruit and sandwiches. Certainly 10/10 I would recommend to anyone staying in kiso

Hotel is an easy walk from station, and couple of minutes from a big supermarket. However not easy to find on arrival because we don’t understand the street numbering, and the hotel is not locatable on Google Maps. The place is recently furnished, clean and quite modern. The room is very very basic - only beds. Shared toilets & shower. Communal kitchen. laundromat.
