Everything was simply amazing! Staff were excellent. They spoke english and always beyond helpful. Location was the best! And no noise in the rooms. The rooms were great. A lot of space. Roof at the top was a nice escape. Breakfast deals with nearby hotels.

    The hotel offers very comfortables rooms and an optimal quality-price ratio. What I liked the most is that we had the comfort of a normal room mixed with a traditional tatami and Japanese table. The receptionist was lovely and kind, with a high attention to details. E.g. he ordered for us a hairdryer diffuser accessory to use during our stay in the hotel. The area is very close to Kyoto station and well connected. There are also many mini markets and a huge malls nearby. Completely recommended, we will be back in our next trip to Kyoto!

    The location is great near the Kyoto Station. Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. We would definetly come here again! This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip in Japan.

    This is a wonderful apartment hotel complex. There was a spacious layout in Family Room. It has great facilities and the most friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed stayed our 6 days there. Thank you very much Glanz Kei Kyoto Station.

    Small but well organized and well equipped apartment, 15 min walk to Kyoto Station. Bus stop just before the door, so very well located for visiting Kyoto. Tatami room if you like to feel a bit of Japan :).

    Fantastic location, just a short walk away from Kyoto Station and plenty of restaurants/izakayas around. Dormy Inn always delivers with the onsen and breakfast, both were great as expected. P.S. This is one of the few hotels in Japan I've stayed at that has a water dispenser available 24/7 at the lobby, which I appreciated!

    5 minutes from Kyoto station which is very convenient for travelling. The hotel itself is new, clean. The room is extremely comfortable for a short stay: you have tea/coffee, water refilled every day, traditional Japanese pajamas. Umbrellas are available. The staff is nice and welcoming, very helpful.

    More like an apartment than hotel. Very good value for money. Close enough to the station. Kyoto station is a portal to all Japan. Be adventurous, it's brilliant! Also has a Nepalese restaurant 2 minutes walk away, it's a one man band but soooo good 👍
