    There is a small spa/bath on 2F which was empty when I used it. The breakfast was buffet style and very delicious, there were many options from western to Japanese style breakfast and takeaway coffee. The room had a smart TV so it was great for watching YouTube and Netflix. Great location right next to Niigata station. There is a Lawson on the ground floor of the hotel.

    Location is a bit far from Niigata station, but it's ok for a short walk. The staff at the hotel are some of the best I have seen in all Japan and what makes this hotel great. Breakfast was also very nice and with quite a few options, the people working at breakfast service are really nice. Would stay again only for how the staff treated us and how nice the breakfast was.

    The location and the distance from the Niigata Station was great! The staffs at the hotel, front desk and luggage storage staff are amazing as just Japan can offer! The restaurant in the hotel, the taste of breakfast especially their rice were wonderful. It was a popular restaurant, and so many people were waiting to get into the restaurant from 6:30 am. Long waiting was not expected in the early morning. The lobby is clean and bright.

    Neat and cozy room. Wonderful breakfast. We really loved the buffet style breakfast. They provided us with different menu every day. Kind and friendly staffs. Only two minutes away from JR Niigata station. After staying at this hotel, we were out of town to visit other place. When we got back to Niigata, we came back to this hotel. Enjoyed our stay here :)
