The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were spacious, clean and on our stay, quiet due to the expressway being closed. The breakfasts were delicious and filling - both Japanese and Western style. The location meant exploring Ginza was easy and getting anywhere from Shimbashi station was very convenient.
