Great location. Hidden at a quiet corner in Ginza area, easy to get around while enjoying privacy and comfort. Staff are very friendly. We travelled with our kid, so we were a little worried that the room might be too small, but apparently they gave us one of the biggest premier rooms and it was absolutely amazing. Spacious, well equipped, and there is one jumbo bed so that we could sleep with our kid without having to cuddle up. Their complimentary lounge bar is a great place for relax and a quick bite in the morning. Also, you don’t want to miss their perfect breakfast box delivered to your room door every morning. Anyway we really enjoyed our stay here and I would definitely love to come back.

Hotel in an excellent location, also very convenient for using public transport. Very kind staff. Room equipped with all comforts. No big rooms but ok. Very clean hotel. Very rich breakfast and excellent quality of food. I also recommend the restaurant; good food, excellent prices. Highly recommended!!!

One of the best hotels during our Japan trip! Good value with exceptional service and friendly staff who speak English well. It is difficult to find a room with 3 beds in Tokyo, I’m glad we managed to find Shiba Park hotel. The library hotel concept is also very interesting - I managed to sit down and flip through some photo books. Amenities are generously provided and of very high quality. Will definitely come back again!

    The location is good. It is also directly connected to JR Shimbashi Station, Ginza, Asakusa and Oedo Line. As it is truly sheltered to the station, there is no concern about travelling in or out of the hotel at any time. There is also a Family Mart situation at B2 which provides snacks, food and drinks whenever I need.

    The Karaksa hotel in Ginza was a great start to our holiday. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were spacious, clean and on our stay, quiet due to the expressway being closed. The breakfasts were delicious and filling - both Japanese and Western style. The location meant exploring Ginza was easy and getting anywhere from Shimbashi station was very convenient. We really enjoyed the lobby service too, a great way to end a day.
