Staff are very friendly and try their best to give 100% to guests. The room we has is considered spacious and clean, big TV too. The location was easy to get to Shinjuku station and was selected for the main reason that it is near coach stops to get to Haneda airport which is a big deal flying back overseas after a long trip in Japan.
