I can confidently say that, in comparison to the other Citadines in Asia, this has been one of the best stays I've experienced. Everything exceeded my expectations. The refillable water machine available for guests and the residents' lounge are wonderful additions – thank you for providing that. The location, room, and Wi-Fi are all great. Perfect for a group stay! The room was very spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our ACs stopped working in the middle of the night, but the security guard in charge gave immediate help. Would definitely come back the next time we visit Osaka.

Very friendly and polite staff (we talked to 4 of them). Excellent service: Help with luggage transport, info on Osaka, the offer to transfer us to Shin-Osaka, ... No question was too much. The room had everything you might need and was very quiet (even though the hotel is right next door to Dotonbori, which is of course a plus).
