Perfect for a group stay! The room was very spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our ACs stopped working in the middle of the night, but the security guard in charge gave immediate help. Would definitely come back the next time we visit Osaka.

Excellent location, easy to join from Osaka train station. Good breakfast, very clean & comfy room. Staff members were great, polite and spoke well english.

Service staff went above and beyond. They dropped us off at the train station ticket gates so we wouldnt have to navigate our way around with our luggages. Free flow of drinks at lobby. Location wise about 5 minutes walk to dotonbori area. There are a couple of love hotels surrounding the area but we felt safe walking at night.
