The hotel is situated in a prime location, near to Odori park, and the staff is consistently friendly and readily available to assist guests. The rooms are exceptionally clean and are equipped with all necessary amenities. Each room is furnished with a two-in-one washing and dryer machine, which is a significant plus. Clean rooms, well maintained property. Breakfast buffet had a lot of selection. The property is about 9 minute walk from JR Sapporo station which is very convenient. The onsen was very nice but can be crowded in the evenings.

Location is great! It's near the train station and supermarket. JR Kotoni Station is a few blocks away but easy to access via bus. The room is hug especially for me (single traveller). There's elevator which is very convenient. 7-11 is just around the corner and a supermarket just 2 blocks away. Thank you!
