Great location. Direct train to the airport and city centre. Only 10 minutes away to shinkansen station by taxi. Very convenient as it is located next to skytree mall and has a big supermarket underneath. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size is not too small. Clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable. Free breakfast with lots of variety.

The staff were amazing and so friendly nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived, they let us know that they had upgraded us for free in celebration of our two year anniversary. The upgrade was to a family suite, so we had an enormous room and it was such a treat to have in Tokyo where the rooms are normally tiny, even decorated the bed with rose petals, which was a lovely surprise. When we left, it was pouring down with rain, so the staff insisted that we took umbrellas with us, which was very sweet
