Everything. The rooms were clean and well equipped , Japanese size. The toiletries bar supplied prime class products, the breakfast was excellent, coffee and ice cream break in the evening a nice added perk. The Spa was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful .

    Location is great as it is connected to the JR Takasaki station. I stayed in this hotel as my base to explore the neighbouring sites and towns via the rail network/buses. The single room is the usual size for single rooms in Japan and was nonetheless comfortable.

    This is a very good hotel, conveniently located very close to Takasaki station. The room was clean and comfortable. I requested a different (softer) pillow and this was immediately supplied - thank you! Staff also held my luggage before check-in and after check-out. I would certainly stay here again if I ever return to Takasaki.
