I can't find a fault, and I will try to go back when I'm in Tokyo. The location was perfect, quiet, with two metro stations really close and a lot of conbini around. A very good place to start and visit the whole city. Free coffee and tea at the reception (we don't have breakfast, only coffee in the morning, so that was ideal), a comfortable lounge with library at your disposal. The room was of adequate size, with a table and small sofa for snacking. Beds were comfy and the bathroom clean and spacious enough, even though quite small.

Everything was good The place was beautiful and the staff were excellent in dealing and respectful. The room and the place were beautiful like heaven.
