"It was a true pleasure to stay at this magnificent hotel. The grand architecture allows you to feel the rich history of the property. The service was impeccable. We stayed in a room with a view of the bay and the vista was stunning. We also visited the main wing, where we sat and admired the beautiful trees of Yamashita Park, an unforgettable experience. We savored a delicious Japanese-style breakfast, beautifully presented, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location couldn’t be better, with views of the bay and the Yamashita Park, and just minutes from Minatomirai, Motomachi, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama Museum of Art, Chinatown, among other attractions. We spent three unforgettable days at this hotel and are truly grateful for the experience.

First of all, wow. 1st class room with a spectacular view. Although technically not a suite per se, the room had a separate seating area, bed area with projection screen or city view window, a work desk with fridge, and a 2 room bathroom with a skyline view. Clean bleached wood decor, soft lighting, tasteful modern art. All the amenities provided. Pajamas, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, mirror, towels, shaving razor, shaving cream, high end designer shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, lots more.

I went there for the Ado concert and loved how close and easily accessible the concert hall was from the Hilton. Next the rooms was great and the staff friendly and helpful. I'll likely stay here again next time I come to Yokohama. Lastly, Yokohama is a great ward and area to be in. it's a little far from Tokyo but if you're are down to stay in Yokohama then you'll have a blast.

    Our family were extremely thrilled with Hotel New Grand! Exceptional! Staff were beautiful and highly competent; location opposite Yamashita Park, so we walked to World Porter Shopping Centre and Red Brick Warehouse every day - 20-25 mins to World Porter. We were only minutes from China Town! Great value for money; views were amazing! Plenty of room for three adults!

    Excellent service starting from day one check-in throughout my 6 day stay. All staff so helpful and ready to go the extra mile to be of help. Hotel location super practical with access to metro station and bus stop within 6 minute walking distance, plenty of eateries in Chinatown and, for chilling out, in very close proximity to Yamashita Park by the water. Plus, bus shuttle stop to Haneda airport right by the hotel entrance: can only warmly recommend this hotel!

    We stayed here to be close to family and we loved the location. It was a very easy walk to Motomachi and China Town which are both very good for shopping. Also very close to overground and underground stations for visiting further afield; such as Kamakura and Tokyo. The hotel was extremely comfortable and the little things were well planned; the facilities in the residents lounge and laundry facilities were excellent. Staff were very helpful and always on hand. Just in front of the Harbour and Yamashita Park area, which is beautiful.
