Everything, from when you are greeted at the front entrance to the time you leave all staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a great bathroom, and a balcony with more than enough room for two people. The location is perfect.

I went there for the Ado concert and loved how close and easily accessible the concert hall was from the Hilton. Next the rooms was great and the staff friendly and helpful. I'll likely stay here again next time I come to Yokohama. Lastly, Yokohama is a great ward and area to be in. it's a little far from Tokyo but if you're are down to stay in Yokohama then you'll have a blast.

    The breakfast was actually the best of the 3 main restaurants I stayed in. The view from the hotel overlooking Tokyo Bay is excellent. On a fine clear day you can almost see as far as Kisarazu. While not in an ideal location (you need to catch the subway to get to any restaurants) it is fairly centrally located and for example the Yokohama Port Museum is only 10 minutes walk away. The subway is probably 3 minutes walk but it is pretty exposed and not much fun when it is raining.
