We were a family of four booked for superior double room but surprisingly upgraded for suites. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were polite and always helpful whenever you needed them. The in-house restaurant welcomes you any time. The buffet breakfast was sufficient for any morning hunger although not too many varieties. The restaurant staff was too kind to serve you, not to mention Ms.Ivy who used to go out of way for anything needed. The hotel has very good vehicles for conveyance but surprisingly didn't mention that in their information. We booked their van for going to the other cities and proceeding to the airport which was as good as an aeroplane interiors. Overall, our stay at Sapphire was memorable.

Excellent hotel. Great service and great value for money.. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in every single thing Thank you so much

Staff was awesome, extremely helpful no matter what hour it was. I hadn't expected an apartment, so was quite pleased with the facilities. Small kitchenette, sitting room, in addition to the rain shower head and large bed. Centrally located.

Happy overall with the experience. The hotel had an aged, classic feel. The 1920s esthetic remained, with modern renovations and updates that made it lovely. It was great to have the pool to dip into. It was comfortable, with really helpful staff special shout out to Faith and Eric, who were extremely attentive and helpful. It was very central and allowed easy access to the markets, Fort Jesus, and easy enough to get to Nyali.
