Everything was at the highest possible level, every detail, every service. Excellent breakfast. Always smiling staff who are always there when you need them. The complex of the hotel with all its passages and elevators. Beautiful rooms surrounded by greenery that provide you with a wonderful dream. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom with shower and bathtub was a welcome addition to the room's comfort. The staff was always friendly. The view from my room was breathtaking .. overlooking the pool.

Beautiful 5 star hotel ambience with even more beautiful staff! Extremely professional and pleasant from each department. From the management, front desk/reception, security, housekeeping, both restaurant staff; each encounter was always a prompt and efficient. My family cannot thank the Dusit Princess Hotel team enough for making our stay exceptional we had extend our stay! We will most certainly return when in Nairobi again and have already shared with family and friends.
