The hotel was so nice! I loved that there was direct access to the department store right below the hotel.

Close to public transport to get around the city easily and great accessibility from the airport. Lots of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the room had everything one needs. Would absolutely stay here again.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Clean and room in tiptop condition. We left a laptop bag when we checked out and had to turn back to get it. The front desk staff was very alert and immediately kept it for us. Kudos to their attentiveness.

We loved everything about this hotel! We had a premium double room on a high floor and the view was awesome - including the Namsan Park Tower. There is also a roof top garden which hardly anyone uses, so had that to ourselves for a couple of nights. The staff are so lovely and helpful with good English - and there's always google translate! There's a washing machine you can use in the basement, and a smoking garden on the ground floor. It is a little out of the way, but for a side of modern Korea without the tourists, it's perfect with plenty of cool little restaurants and cafes at non tourist prices. Pastel City is just across the main road and has great eateries and bakeries. It's central South location is well connected by metro (underground) with Sadang station literally on the corner and two main lines running through it. Pick up a T card from any local shop and pre load it - journeys are less than a pound each. Our room was cleaned exceptionally every day, and the cleaner took all rubbish and recycling. It was epic to wake up there every day and roll up the floor to ceiling blinds! Choose city view over balcony.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent — the staff were absolutely lovely, the place was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was very tasteful and relaxing. I've stayed here before, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Seoul. When we checked in, the staff member kindly let us into the room a bit early at no extra charge, as he noticed I had stayed there before — truly top service. Later during our stay one of the staff members even remembered me from my previous visit, which was such a sweet and personal touch. I can’t quite recall his name — maybe Woody or something starting with a W — but it really made me feel a bit at home. Highly recommended!
